How long before we see results?
Flows can generate revenue within the first week. Campaign performance improves over the first 2โ€“3 sends as we learn your list. Most brands see measurable LTV and total email revenue improvement within 60 days.
Do you need access to our Klaviyo account?
Yes โ€” we'll need collaborator access (view + edit). We never change billing or owner details, and you keep full ownership. We walk you through the access grant on the first call.
Do you work with brands on other email platforms?
We're Klaviyo-specialized. If you're on another platform, we may be able to help with migration to Klaviyo โ€” book a call and we'll discuss what makes sense.
How do you handle copywriting and design?
We handle copy and work with your design team or handle design coordination on your behalf. All templates are reviewed and QA'd before sending.
What kind of reporting do we get?
Monthly performance reports covering: total email revenue, flow revenue, campaign revenue, open and click rates, list health, and the next month's roadmap. Plus shared Klaviyo access so you can check anytime.
